Pick a Personalized Character Letter and choose how it arrives: folded in a regular envelope, flat in a manilla envelope (perfect for framing), or rolled like a scroll in a mailing tube. Want extra magic? Add a Magic Upgrade — curated treats, small toys, or flowers from $10 to $40.

2. Tell us about your loved one 💖

Share the details that make your person special: their name or nickname, the occasion, the tone you want (heartfelt, silly, encouraging — or a mix), hobbies and fun facts, even an inside joke. Then choose the sender: Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy Squad, a superhero, a beloved pet, a storybook character — or we'll invent a brand-new character just for them.

3. We create the magic ✨

Your Magic Memory Designer professionally writes and designs a one-of-a-kind letter around your loved one. Every letter includes free Magic Wishing Dust — choose colored glitter, wild bird seed, or wild flower seeds (seeds for US destinations only).

4. Magic arrives in their mailbox 📬

The letter is sent through regular mail and arrives addressed to your loved one — a real letter, from their favorite character, just for them. Postage within the United States is included.
