Who can receive a magic letter?
Anyone! Letters and Magic Messengers are customized to the age of the receiver — from newborn welcome letters to 91st-birthday surprises. Children and adults alike.
What details do you need from me?
The receiver's name and mailing address, the occasion, your preferred tone (heartfelt, silly, encouraging — or a mix), the character you'd like, and any fun details: hobbies, achievements, pets, inside jokes. The more you share, the more magical the letter.
What's inside a Magic Upgrade?
Upgrades ($10–$40) are hand-curated by us and may include high-quality treats and chocolates, small toys, silk or felt flowers, and fun-shaped compostable packing foam — coordinated with your Magic Messenger whenever possible. Tell us about allergies and we'll curate accordingly.
How long does it take to arrive?
Each letter is individually written and designed, then sent through regular mail. We recommend ordering 1–2 weeks before your occasion — contact us if you need it sooner and we'll do our best to make magic happen quickly.
