Who can receive a magic letter?
Anyone! Letters and Magic Messengers are customized to the age of the receiver — children and adults alike.
Which characters can send the letter?
Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy Squad, fairies, superheroes, storybook characters, your family pet — or we can invent a completely new character just for your loved one. If you can imagine it, we can write it.
What is Magic Wishing Dust?
Every letter includes a free packet of Magic Wishing Dust: your choice of colored glitter, wild bird seed, or wild flower seeds (seeds are available for US destinations only). Go outside, shake a little onto your hand, whisper your wish, and gently blow it away.
How does the letter arrive?
Through regular mail, addressed to your loved one. Choose folded in a regular envelope, flat in a manilla envelope (great for framing), or rolled like a scroll in a mailing tube. Postage within the United States is included.
What's in a Magic Upgrade?
Upgrades ($10–$40) are curated by us and may include high-quality treats, chocolates and candy, small toys, felt or silk flowers, and fun-shaped compostable packing foam — coordinated with your Magic Messenger whenever possible. Orders with upgrades ship in a mailing tube or small gift box.
What details do you need from me?
The receiver's name/nickname and mailing address, the occasion, your preferred tone, the character you'd like, and any fun details — hobbies, achievements, inside jokes, family info. The more you share, the more magical the letter.
What about allergies?
Please tell us about any allergies or dietary needs when ordering an upgrade with treats — we'll curate accordingly.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Contact us — we love making magic for school carnivals, fundraisers, and gifts.
How long does it take?
Each letter is individually written and designed. Ordering at least 1–2 weeks before your occasion is recommended — contact us if you need it sooner and we'll do our best.
